Old Ezra 7 Bourbon Review
A friend of mine picked this up for me because he has as big, or bigger, of a problem than I do. This is an allocated bottle because anything remotely interesting is allcoated these day which means it's not the easiest thing to find. However with some nudging and under the desk favors you can probably find a bottle.
On the nose I get bourbon and alcohol. LOL JK, GUYS! I'm sensing some caramel and vanilla because that's in the nose of almost every bourbon. I will say, fuh serious, this smells hot (burn) and the taste did not disappoint. If you don't get peanuts in this bad boy then you should bow out now. Peanuts abound here complimented by mint chocolate.
The thing that separates this bottle from others at its price range is the mouthfeel. As soon as you take a sip you're getting the full effect of every flavor in this drank all over your mouth. Just now, it's been several minutes between sips and the flavor seems to last through the waiting.
This bourbon is a tad hot but overall very easy to drink. If the hot thing isn't your style put a water drop in it like the bich you are. If you see a bottle at retail please buy it and enjoy!
